The app will alert you from the background via local notification based on your settings, giving you an easy way to remember to break your usual schedule and do something sweet for your honey.

Like a suggestion, but dont have time to do it right away? Use the Calendar button to add a reminder for later. The suggestion is automatically filled into the notes field for later reference.
